Refunds (if applicable)

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. For details on exchanges, please refer below to our exchange policy.

There are circumstances where refunds are automatically granted (if applicable). This applies to any item that is returned due to being undelivered more than 30 days after delivery. Upon receipt of your parcel, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your undelivered item. A refund (excluding shipping) will be processed to your credit or debit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days from the date of receipt.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company or alternatively your Bank or Building Society as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanging your item (if damaged) or if you require an exchange

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the product(s) have been inspected, please allow up to 10 working days for your exchange to be processed.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for an exchange. If you are shipping an item(s) that are valued over 20 GBP you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Should you need to return your item due to damage caused whilst in transit, you will be refunded the cost of your shipping (if applicable) upon receipt of the item.
